The 7th Annual Miss Best Legs Awards were announced on Sunday. Nagasawa Masami, from the Japanese drama ‘Last Friends’, won in the 20’s group. Nagasawa reminded everyone just how deserving she was of the award by wearing a short skirt as she went on stage to accept the award. (more…)

SINGAPORE— A television producer known for borrowing Western program formats is giving reality TV a new spin.
After adapting shows like “Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader” and “America’s Next Top Model” for the Singapore audience, David Searl, senior vice president of Content Partnerships (Star TV), is producing the first original Asian reality TV series. (more…)

Every year, the rivalry within TVB anniversary awards competition is always intense; furthermore, the coveted thrones of TVB King and TVB Queen, respectively, incite ‘life and death’ struggles among contenders. In an unprecedented break from tradition, this year the date of the anniversary awards has being pushed back to December 4th to allow the participation of both “Beyond” and “Born Rich” in a move to heighten the excitement.
