It is revealed that BEAST leader DooJoon has been away for filming previously last weekend, when his MIA has caused many worried fans to speculate that he has left the team.
He was away for MBC ‘Sunday Night’ new corner ‘DanBi (Just One Secret)’ filming in Africa. ‘DanBi’ will be a real variety show where celebrities goes once overseas and 3 times in Korea a month to find the needy. And DooJoon was away for about 1 week for the show’s filming.
A staff said, “DooJoon was doing voluntary work with actress Han JiMin etc in Africa. This was supposed to be a highly secretive filing session, where managers, company staff and families are not allowed to follow along. And he was not supposed to let anyone know about the filming. There are plans for him to reveal it on 25th November during their showcase. He was quite bothered by the rumours by fans. But he can’t do anything since it is highly secretive. And he was sorry towards worried fans.”
DooJoon was not present with the group when they attended MBC Music Core and MAMA on 21st November. He was also not present for NongShim Love Sharing Concert on 22nd November after that.
Worried fans have came up with various rumours about his leaving the group then, while his agency only said, “He is away for personal reasons. When the time is right, we will reveal it.”
