The 24 year-old Cathy Tsui married Martin Lee Ka Shing, the second son of Lee Siu Gei, founder of Henderson Land Development, one of Hong Kong’s multi-billion dollar corporations. Cathy and Martin held a daytime ceremony at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney, Australia at 11 AM.
At night, the wedding banquet was held at the State Theater. The multi-million dollar wedding was branded as “the wedding of the century.” The State Theater is an opera house built in 1929. Aside from its rich cultural history, the theater’s glamorous decor is reminiscent of a fantasy palace. Approximately 150 guests attended and they were welcomed by 30 musicians and 2 ushers on site.
Apparently Martin’s father, Lee Siu Gei, is eager to become a grandfather soon. Cathy laughed, “We will start trying tonight! Hehe we’ll let nature take its course!
Michelle Reis and Julian Hui
38 year old Michelle Reis married wealthy business tycoon, Julian Hui, 46 in a lavish wedding reportedly to cost HK$100million
Julian Hui is the vice president of Hong Kong’s Henderson Group and is now part of his family wealth of $HK 20 BILLION.
Wedding details:
SEVEN gowns including five from Valentino, a spanking new Rolls Royce to pick up the bride, fresh flowers imported from Holland, and a generous serving of caviar and white truffles in the banquet.
Garlands made from Holland-imported white and purple roses adorned the sprawling grounds. On the main gate, the flowers were arranged in the shape of two Ms, which stood for ‘Me and Michele’.
At noon, Mr Hui picked the bride up from her home in Jardine’s Lookout in a HK$5.5 million Rolls Royce with two seven-seater saloons as escorts.
Reis wore a pastel pink gown from Valentino’s 2009 spring collection while the groom was sharply decked out in a Tom Ford suit.
Isabella Leong and Richard Li
In 2009, Leong gave birth to a son with Hong Kong billionaire Richard Li, son of billionaire Li Ka-Shing. For this, Leong was given two mansions in San Francisco and HK$50 million in cash, totaling more than HK$200 million. The Li family also provided her with an entourage of care-givers, including five bodyguards, four full-time nannies and a personal attendant. There has been speculation that a 10-digit pre-nuptial agreement is in place to take care of Leong’s future needs and also to prevent any “potential problems” that could arise in the future.
A 100-day-old banquet was held for her son from July 9-11, 2009, for three consecutive days, with some of the city’s celebrities like Stanley Ho and his second wife Lam Wan Ying, and Tsang Yam Pui and his wife having been spotted in attendance. The banquet was rumoured to cost over 3 million USD
Richard Li is the son of Li Ka-Shing, the richest man in Asia. He is the chairman and executive director of PCCW Limited and Pacific Century Group in Hong Kong, chairman of Singapore-based Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited, and a non-executive director of the Bank of East Asia.
Isabella Leong dropped out of secondary school at the age of 12. Their family remained in Macau until Isabella was 15 years old before she became a model in Richard’ company.
Gigi Lai and Patrick Ma
Gigi Lai wed the man of her dreams, Hong Kong tycoon Patrick Ma in a ceremony in Australia before the Chinese New Year.
But the couple held an intimate dinner for close friends and family who did not attend their wedding ceremony in Sydney at luxurious five-star hotel, The Peninsula Hotel, in Hong Kong yesterday evening.
The couple had checked into the hotel’s presidential suite a day earlier before their wedding banquet, which costs HK$70,000 a day.
The banquet, which hosted 10 tables, was said to cost HK$100,000 per table. The couple also hired 20 additional bodyguards to be present during the dinner. The entire event is said to cost over HK$3 million.
Recently, Gigi has been trying hard to bear a child for the family and was reported to change her name for that cause. A fortune teller said that her name must be changed in order to increase her chance of pregnancy. With that effort, her husband injected $HK20 million into her beauty salon for business expansion.

lmfao isabella and gigi are clearly the biggest gold diggers, i mean come on richard li and isabella 20 year gap difference! gigi and that ugly old man? u serious? would you really love to sleep with that guy or is it for the money? CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR TRUE IDENTITY!
Well, I thought it was rather unsurprising. After all, not ALL celebrities ventured into acting or singing simply because they have the passion for it. It’s reality after all. Most girls, especially, joined the pageants for an obvious reason. Regardless of consequences, most people just want to marry into riches and live like a queen. But often, this comes with a price.
Gigi is the biggest gold digger, because her husband is handicape, he only have 1 leg, the other leg is fake.

Are you serious? He only has one leg? I didn’t know that. I think Isabella Leong is the biggest gold digger. Cmon, she was only 18 when she met the richest guy in HK’s son who was 40+ at that time. Puhlease.. to add to that, if he really loves her, they would have marry before having a child or immediately do that after finding out she is pregnant.
I think he only wants a son but not the woman.
click on this link: look at the pic here: http://i47.tinypic.com/o09qvo.jpg and you see Gigi Lai’s husband, it obvious you can tell one of his leg is smaller than the other, and he walks with a cane.
