The day before, Kevin Cheng, Bernice Liu and Liza Wang were in Kowloon Bay shooting for TVB new series Household Army. In the series, Kevin and Bernice are a couple and is not accepted by Liza Wang who plays Kevin’s mom in the series. On the day of filming, the weather was sizzling hot and the actors could not stop wiping away sweat, extremely busy. (more…)

The recent scandal over TVB GM Stephen Chan’s arrest for alleged corruption has so far played out like one of the station’s own dramas. Though Stephen Chan and 4 others have now been released on bail awaiting further investigation, there does not seem to be an end in sight to the ongoing saga, with one person after another ‘spilling the beans’ on the inner workings and disarray at TVB.
Of course, the ‘biggest’ news so far has been the rumors that Stephen Chan was ‘turned in’ to the ICAC by none other than his employer TVB due to his ‘falling out of favor’ with top management. As for TVB being overrun by ‘parties’ and ‘cliques’, this is a well-known ‘secret’ by almost everyone in the industry. Virginia Lok, Catherine Tsang, Tommy Leung, and Stephen Chan are the ‘head’ of the executive team and have the power to control and promote artists. (more…)

<Beyond the Realm of Conscience> success has hit the entire city, breaking records of 50 points. Last night, TVB executive Norman Leung hosted a celebration dinner inviting the major cast members including Charmaine Sheh, Tavia Yeung, Moses Chan, Kevin Cheng, Selena Li, Susanna Kwan, Michelle Yim and Susan Tse. Earlier this month, TVB organized a drama sales presentation, introducing the upcoming year’s drama productions. While the popular and critically successful Forensic Heroes series was announced to be filming a third season, original main cast Bobby Au-yeung, Frankie Lam, Yoyo Mung, etc. are nowhere to be seen. Instead, Kevin Cheng gives a solo appearance, causing netizens to come together to criticize the upcoming production, also remarking, “If there’s no Bobby they shouldn’t film it!” (more…)

Kevin Cheng attended the activity of “Cuisine Tour” in “City Plaza yesterday. He demonstrated making fried radish with prawn using XO sauce. Kevin edisclosed that he hasn’t been cooking in the kitchen for many years, and he is good at cooking onion pork chop and steam fish. Reporter asked if he had cooked for his girl friend, he replied “I don’t have a girl friend at the moment.” However, Kevin admitted he did cook for his ex girl friend 7-8 years ago. (more…)
