Taiwanese diva singer Elva Hsiao broke into tears upon reconciling with her formerly estranged mentor, Yao Qian, a few days ago. He held onto her hands tightly as the pair resolved their differences on the spot. Touched by the turn of events, a crying Elva started to break out in rashes due to her over-agitation.
