Recently playing out a romantic proposal in America, Blackie (黑人) and Fan Wei Qi (Fan Fan) returned to Taiwan early the day before; both their hands were tightly linked and they stuck to one another on the way out of the airport. On the day of the photo shoot, the temperature was only 7.7 degrees Celsius, but their professionalism bared through the cold and they had also changed into many outfits. Fala expressed, “Both of us earned a bit for this wedding ad, so it’s big riches for the New Year. Also, we were joking throughout the shoot, and we are the only ones who know the meaning of them. The romantic relationship between artists Chen Jian Zhou (Blackie) and Christine Fan (Fan Fan) has been going on for 10 years and yesterday, Blackie finally found the courage, in front of a crowd of strangers at an NBA match, to ask girlfriend Fan Fan to marry him. The place was filled with thunderous applause and when Fan Fan saw Blackie kneel down to give her the Tiffany & Co. diamond ring, she was touched to tears, accepting the marriage proposal. (more…)

Yesterday on the big Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, the first happy event happened in the entertainment circle where Jordan Chan and his rumored to be pregnant girlfriend Cherrie Ying held their wedding in the United States. The wedding was very impressive as the groom Jordan praised his new wife in English, but it was not understandable.
